In servicing spinners we inspect the unit and service as following:  lubricate brake pads, chain, & handlebar assembly as needed.  We adjust the drive chain and/or drive belts and the seat post & fore/aft assembly.  We also test the pedals for bearing and speed clip in failure.  Often, we have to change out the bottom brackets and crank assembly parts in commercial units.
